  • Workmanship to be followed as per approved GFC drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
  • Site safety measures and quality checks to be followed at every stage of execution.
Facade Elevation & Lighting
  • All facade design elements and lighting provisions integrated during civil work.
  • Weatherproof fittings and fixtures to be used for all exterior lighting installations.
  • Facade lighting to highlight architectural features without causing glare or light pollution.
  • Final look and feel to be followed as per approved 3D (Day & Night view).
Project Completion & Handover
  • All technical checked by respective team and dedicated project manager.
  • Completion of all work, obtain Occupancy Certificate (OC), and handover after final inspection.
